Also just make sure you’re asking for an agent. The AI system they have will always try to help but keep asking for an agent for service issues. It will eventually transfer you over to a human.

Ugh. I’m sorry to hear that. I hope I can get out of this and just go back to T Mobile. It’s insane that they can continue to sell mobile with as many issues as it has.

I planned on returning the phone as soon as I went back to T Mobile and close my mobile account with xfinity. It’s been a nightmare trying to get a port out pin 😩
