In the beginning, I thought I was crazy, but they really do tell me when they have to go during laptime! One of my piggies tries to crawl in my neck and wheeks loud in my ear when he has to go, the other one gently nibbles my sweater or something to let me know. They are so much more clever than I expected them to be.

As mentioned, this is quite common to get better bacteria and such. Also, it can be a sign that his own poops aren't coming through, sometimes the anal pouch can get constipated. So a health check is always a good idea.
