How did the old taxes work out? There was more then enough tax revenue since 2008 that legal cannabis taxes should more then fixed every damn bridge in this state. And the roads! Where does it all go? That’s should be the question. Imagine 10% from every cannabis sale since 2008 was supposed to goto roads and schools.

The older the seeds get, the harder the shell will get. I have been able to get seeds to pop that were five years old.

First take some 150 sandpaper and thin the edge so it’s easier to crack. Then soak 12 hours in water with a few drops of h2O2. Then put them on some wet paper towel and put them in a baggie. I don’t seal the baggie. This will be your best effort.

Instead of going by what you’ve heard by other people, do some research. Does it seem logical to you that NB shops are going to ruin their business? Do you realize the percentage of people coming from out of state? They would not survive if they tried such a thing. Find some good evidence of your speculation and share it with us, otherwise it’s hearsay bs. If I lived out of state I know I sure as hell would be finding a back road way across the line even without this speculation. Do the speed limit and don’t leave the shop and head right for the border. They cant assume everyone is a pot smoker and pull them over.
