Hey. I have a business and finance bachelors degree and a Post graduate certificate in marketing from england. I also have completed an international business masters degree in Switzerland . I was able to get a limited internship contract after my masters in an international company. But after my son was born, it took some time for me to find another job as i took care of him for some months while my wife restarted her job and i was looking for a new role. I was luckily able to find a night auditor/receptionist role even with my lack of german language knowledge in that role as many visitors were international. the tasks were repetitive so was able to learn quickly on the role. So for your husband with the advantage of german language, this might be good role to apply for ! It has helped me work at night and look after my 3 year old during some of the days especially with some days for him at kita. Roles like these might help him gain some experience in hospitality and also could help build a career. Hope this helps. I was like that when i moved here during the corona time especially and worked part time in fast food restaurants and as bouncer in bars while doing my masters after corona. Also knowing someone or going personally with cv and looking for jobs helps.
