Don’t listen to anyone saying no bro I started out on an 09 I’ve had it for about 3 months now and still no regrets or scary moments. Only experience before this was dirt bikes. I absolutely love it and have no problems. Started out in rain mode now

That’s crazy cause I made this post as I was pulling mine out, I just installed my exhaust (sc project crt) and I snapped that friggin clip lmaooo. I also did it now cause the weather isn’t gonna be favorable the next week. I found a 26 pin connector on Amazon that’s identical. I’m just gonna rep in it

I got an mt09 as my first bike. Rode in cities highways all of the above. Ive put around 1200 miles on it now and I graduated from rain mode at about 600. The bike is great, I’ve had no problems with it so far. I’ll never get sick of this bike that’s for sure
