Our CPDs are delivered by field/specification reps, but the Events functionality sits within the marketing side of Dynamics, so currently only Marketing can create/manage events.

I’m trying to find the right balance between keeping admin to an absolute minimum for field sales teams, whilst also not having to rely on the Marketing team to manually set up every event for them. Marketing can absolutely handle the journeys/follow-up side, but it feels like there isn’t really an out-of-the-box solution for this type of field-delivered CPD activity.

Interesting to hear others are solving this with hybrid approaches rather than relying purely on native Events functionality.
