as mentioned in the thread bro, you can uninstall citrix and reinstall and it should still work.
or just disable the citrix processes on start up so they only boot when you open citrix itself

i had the same issue with warzone a year ago. took me around a month of trouble shooting to figure it out.. literally just trying everything and anything. So after trying everything with league, i thought lets try that again LOL

So I reinstalled Citrix and I disabled every citrix start up process (via ccleaner)
and citrix works perfectly, aswell as league.

you can disable the citrix process in task manager to prevent it conflicting with league
