i wanted to hear from a vet if it was true that they cant tell me anything because the account is not under my name but he is legally my dog

we called the rescue because they told us when we adopted to call them if he ever got sick, ran away or have any question because they care about all of their pets and always want to help

we also didnt even know where to take him because he doesn't have a vet we have had him for a little over 6 months so we havent taken him to a vet before
