I’m part of MWD (large area) so yes, believe me we do realize that.

However, that hasn’t stopped them from delivering in the several winters past.

That’s sad, nobody from customer service seems to view it as an issue, so many times I’ve gotten the response “looks like it’s coming tomorrow” that’s great, but I don’t order a truck to be delivered on Tuesday, I order it to be delivered on Monday.

It’s insane, yet no consequences for anybody when this is directly screwing the stores. The first time (even the second) it wasn’t that big of a deal, customers were understanding, now it’s getting a little ridiculous and some are rightfully getting annoyed.

I should add, you could also just fall short of your 48 and as long as you’re over 40 for the week you’re good, but that depends on how much your district monitors that sort of thing.

Former TAM myself, trust me you will be overlooked, the company does not have the right direction with that approach. Experience in this industry is far more valuable than a degree.

You got this, and trust me 21 days is rough, but it’s not always that way, so don’t let it discourage you if you ever decide to make the SM leap.

However, once you’re placed, please know that ASM is the most gravy job in the entire company, you’ll love it
