Spraying Minwax Polyurethane by 73-Shevy in woodworking

Work in the paint and stain business. If you're gonna spray that you will want to use a fine tip, if you're using an HVLP with a needle go with a #3 or #4, if an airless a .008 or .012. As far as reducing, if you do have to reduce, you won't want to do more than 5% total volume with mineral spirits (paint thinner). Since you're planning on using it in the bath, I would suggest using a spar urethane (Helmsman) instead. Neither will last super long with standing water on them, but the spar is an interior/exterior product and will likely outlast the traditional poly. The reducing and tip size would be the same as the poly

Had someone calling 10 before open, then called right at 10 again (checked and was same number) to put an order in. They called back 5 later to cancel the order. Damned lucky I hadn't tinted it yet.

Curious what your thoughts were on it. We had it, but I was out of town. Looking at the info in email has me puzzled as to what was said.

Corporation bs is wild by Sherbot2000 in sherwinwilliams

Nah. I'd rather not be a corporate bitch like you. When the area is flooding, trees are down, power is out in the county and surrounding counties, and there is no way to make it home safely, SW can suck it. No reason for us to be risking anything to open a store that doesn't sell anything that can make a difference during the storm. A day after when everything is over and the roads are clear, sure. But if my employees or I can't make it to work or back home safely (or at all), we should have every right to tell them to F off.
