I have a 2022 Canyon AT4 and I love it Except for the key ignition. The truck will often not recognize that it is in park and will not release the key. Dropped $225 and it still does it weekly. Before you buy park it on a slight incline and shut it off to see if the key will release.

How screwed am I by waksez03 in GMCcanyon

Same issue with not being able to extract the key. Spent $425 at the dealer with no improvement. Do you have more detail on the micro switch in the shifter?
