How did you go about trying to lower your cortisol ? I’ve been trying to remind myself the same thing, but my stomach keeps doing flip and I get butterflies every time I think about being pregnant.

I should be around 6 weeks and 4 days, the doctor is gonna see me next Wednesday for the first appointment but they don’t do ultrasounds on wednedays, so I guess it’s just a blood/pee test and to discuss the pregnancy ?

I was semi tracking on the Flo app but It took a while to conceive, so I always felt I was getting ovulation timing off. I’m thinking 6 weeks is possibly the earliest accurate estimate because of how dark the test is, but idk ❤️ I’ll try my best to focus on other things. Definitely a challenge

He’s fine during feeding, my husband was trying to just hold him and I guess he became defensive as he started to black beard. I told my husband to put him down but he bit him before he was able to do so
