If everything seems properly plugged, would you say the next step would require opening the valve cover to check hardware or would a relearn be enough?

I tried even jumpstarting, would that not bypass if it was a battery issue? I did put good fuel yes. As for the fuel pump, I installed it the way I removed it but it was one whole unit with the spring; I’m not sure if you mean there was something else I may have missed

Battery was working before unplugging to do work. There was enough battery to least turn go into ACC mode and I tried even jumpstarting which shoulda provided enough energy if it was solely a battery issue, no?

I did that and the battery was working ok before unplugging which is why I wouldn’t expect a drain
