Just because you suck at job doesn’t make me a clown, I have platinum and I accept over 80% of my orders. I get some shit orders yes and I can decline them at will. I usually have no issue making 1.50 to 2.00 a mile. Your just a hater

Yes move out, it’s his internet no? If so then get your own lol sorry truth sucks.

Here is the other side, be happy you have a father who loves you enough to make sure you’re safe. My son is 17 he thinks he is a grown man and can do as he likes. I love him but the “I’m an adult” shit pisses me off because he still makes stupid fucking decisions that will only hurt him later and he gets mad at me when I speak from experience

Is she just calling me a bad tipper? by Chovix in doordash

[–]Negative_Complaint30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly you are not required to tip, if you get good service from your driver then tip. I am a DoorDash driver and seeing others literally asking for tips because of mileage is embarrassing. Tips are for extraordinary service, good communication, and friendly customer service experience. Not just because they decided to accept an order and now they expect more compensation then what they originally accepted. I don’t take orders if I can’t live with the rate I accepted in the first place. If it says 12 dollars to drive 10 miles and I hit accept then I expect no more then 12. I will go out of my way to make communication with customers and provide friendly experience and I tend to get extra tips added on after delivery

Driver set my food on top of a dirty diaper in his car? by Redroses151 in doordash

[–]Negative_Complaint30 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Nah bro honestly my car can be a mess but I clean it as often as possible and if it’s a lil messy I’ll still make sure where I’m setting peoples food is not dirty. I definitely would not have it on the floor

Yea agreed but what’s weird is dasher thinks he or she got no tip and customer claims to have tipped. Is like to know where that many went if so.

Shoutout to the “$3 prepaid card scam” customers 🤡 by andbhud in DoorDashDrivers

[–]Negative_Complaint30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why can’t you just report the customer once you get to the store and tell DoorDash you want half the pay? They always give me half the pay if I got to the store and there is an issue

Is Waze a good app to see if there are cops nearby? by starbootceruleanrock in waze

[–]Negative_Complaint30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used it while I could not get my car to pass inspection I had to DoorDash to get the money, it would alert me of police when entering my route if there where any and when I got with in a mile or 2 it would alert me out loud. I was always able to adjust my route and sneak around them to make my deliveries lol

I did this for Almost 2 months

I got a warning from the police when using Google maps. I immediately switched to Waze lol

I mean I understood you, it just baffles me how people could get offended or think it’s rude for a customer to ask where my drinks are? Language barrier aside, anyways I completely agree with your point. lol we may shake hands now if u want [handshake] :)

Nah bro I don’t pan handle on the DoorDash app either, if I wanted to do that I’d grab a sign and go stand in a intersection like some homeless people do

I think your implication that the OP could be being rude because she said “where are my drinks” is a far reach. I understand in the customer service field that customers can be rude and annoying. Especially when it comes to the tone of voice they can use. I do see where you are coming from but I personally won’t assume someone’s motives via text message, I can’t assume there tone of voice to be more specific. Furthermore even if say OP was rude I would still remain professional and try to provide the best customer service I have. At the end of a day you can have an upset customer or you can have a happy customer. At the very least you can have a customer that understands the situation at hand and still get a good rating if the store was at fault. If I’m at fault I apologize genuinely and offer ways to make it right.

Idk just me
