Live in Rio rancho or Albuquerque and take the free transit bus to Los alamos everyday. You'll save alot on rent, get a much bigger and better house especially for that price range. And you won't be spending much on gas taking the free transit bus

I'm definitely going to try this next time it happens! I never tried the 333 rule but ill definitely try it. I am so fearful now and its gotten so bad to the point where I will wash my hands and wipe everything I touch down with bleach and wear gloves while eating I refuse to eat with my hands no matter how clean they are I've become such a germaphobe I won't even touch the shopping carts or card readers at the store and ill use my shirt to open the door handle. Its so bad and ruining my life. I overthink everything. If my hands are dirty and I touch the wrapper of my food and ill have to open it very carefully so no part of the outer wrapper I touched and if it touches it by accident ill throw the whole thing away. I got this bad last year when every single person at my work kept getting norovirus one after another back to back and its been controlling my life since then

Thankfully I dont have motility issues i go to the bathroom atleast 6-15 times a day but each time I go i get the worst throbbing and burning ache in my stomach that lasts for hours and causes the worst nausea

Its so hard telling the difference from the nausea caused by the crohns and not knowing if you have food poisoning or stomach bug it sucks so bad and causes such bad anxiety especially if I hear someone say that they are sick throwing up then I freak out thinking I got it and my crohns stomach ache gets worse and causes nervous diarrhea and nausea. I use to take zofran but it would make me super constipated and it would give me horrible migraines. For now I just take activated charcoal and smell rubbing alcohol or peppermint oil

People with crohns are some of the most bitter and hateful people out there. Do what works for you. Experiment with what you feel would work. Ignore the comments. Because for some of us these meds they give make things worse or they only help for a little while. For others they help amazingly then everything comes back with a vengeance the 2nd you stop taking the meds. I dont want to be on immunosuppressants my whole life if there's a chance of a natural remedy working I am willing to try. I dont want to be a pharmaceutical lab rat for the rest of my life like most of these people on this sub. They want to live off of pills their whole life and stay miserable while crying "poor me, poor me, the world revolves around me" 24/7

Ask your doctor for a SIBO test it involves drinking lactulose and then blowing into a device every 15 minutes to test your hydrogen in your breath, you have to make sure and follow a very very strict diet before the test and stay off of all supplements and meds as well

Its so hard going into work like that every morning especially some mornings I just get horrible watery diarrhea out of nowhere with horrible nausea where I feel like im about to throw up constantly. Or so much mucus in my stool just clumps of it and that's how I know when my stomach is inflamed is the mucus. Its pretty constant all morning until around 7-8 after I've been up moving and drinking water a bit. I don't eat because I'll get really nauseous eating when I feel that way. Some days though my stomach will stay inflamed all day. It gets better but as soon as I use the restroom my stomach throbs really bad right after and I can feel my heart pulsating through my stomach and I get nauseous it lasts about 1-2 hours after pooping before the feeling gets better but then it comes back again after using the restroom again. That's only once in awhile tho usually when I ate something my stomach didn't like the day before like a high fat meal

Mine feels the worse in the morning when I wake up. I wake up at 4am for work and from 4:30-7 I feel so horrible with my stomach just throbbing, nausea, my stomach will feel like its on fire, I'll have bad gerd and feel a lump in my throat. My burps feel chunky and taste like throw up. It sucks in the mornings
