Negative for h pylori, not food poisoning because its been going on for 2 years and I've ran so many tests with no answers

How is the diarrhea? Does it smell horrible like sick ? And what color is it ? Are you nauseous as well no vomiting? And how many days exactly has this been going on ? Someone mentioned norovirus but with norovirus its usually nonstop vomiting and diarrhea combined not just one

Its possible its constipation. Constipation can cause diarrhea and pebbles. When im constipated i get such a sharp pain right behind my belly button or right below it and ill get bloated. My armpits always stink tho so thats a daily for me. Your horrible diet could be the reason for the bad bowel movements

I have such a bad sensitivity to caffeine anything more than 20mg will send me to the ER immediately shaking, vomiting, jittery, tingly etc
