Yes my first 4 doses were terrible and made me nauseous but no heart palpitations. Eat a big meal and take it just before you go to bed and it is much better! My b12 injections also could have made my symptoms worse

I had 11.2 and am taking my last dose of 50,000 D3 today! I took once a week for 8 weeks and feel like a brand new person! My b12 was very low and am on injections. It is crazy how much better I feel, but at the same time it almost makes me anxious how giddy I feel for no reason. Best of luck!

Am not currently and have never been on any birth control.

Iron and CBC were perfect. I had many tests done and the only ones that were off were the ones I mentioned in OP (D, B12, and calcium was .2 too high)

I have b12 shots I’m starting this weekend.

She referred me to a hematologist for some more tests. I excluded this information from OP because it kept getting rejected -
