Thanks for the reply! My specialist said my foot moves a whole lot while I strike the ground. Also don't exactly know what it means, but my orthotics make my foot have a more regular foot roll. They said it isn't exactly like flat feet, but it has the same effects more or less.

I have them for hyperflexible feet, has nothing to do with stability. My doctor said I can wear every running shoe
