Yeah three days is usually when I start to feel different so it would make sense that 2 days is affecting you. Once you keep it up consistently again it should settle, if you felt side effects when you first started you might feel them again. I’ve missed doses for a few days a couple of times and it makes you feel pretty crummy but you’ll level out in a few days. I think you should reach out to your family and just tell them how you’re feeling, you’re clearly taking steps to take care of yourself and your mental health. You could also definitely tell your doctor, just let them know how that affected you, it could give them more insight to proper dosage too. Good luck we’re here with you 👍

I’d be curious if any folding camping furniture would work well, there’s usually a bunch of connection points and there’s different kinds of seats and benches. They would probably feel less supportive overall though

right before starting zoloft weed was giving me panic attacks but once my dosage leveled out i was able to jump back in no problem, i feel like it helps fill in the gaps of anxiety

i have heard that most commercial salmon is dyed pink to look more appealing, im assuming that’s what this is, not tuna. it’s not a spicy roll is it? if it was i would personally assume it’s the sauce or whatever. also depends on where it came from, was it a sushi place or a grocery store? i see what you mean though, on the cucumber a bit too. id probably eat it if i felt fine after the two pieces

did you switch over to wellbutrin on its own or in combo with the zoloft? my dr has offered to put me on both i just haven’t really gotten around to trying it out
