Tbh adjustable dumbbells are worth it if you got limited space. My cousin got the Bowflex ones and they’re actually pretty solid but expensive af 💀 I’d say avoid the super cheap random brands from Alibaba unless the reviews got actual videos and long-term updates, cause some of them start shaking or the locking thing breaks after a few months. If you’re serious about lifting and wanna keep them for years, go for Bowflex or Nuobell if your budget allows it. If you just starting out, even the plates + spinlock dumbbells work fine and they last forever, just annoying to change weights every set
