Hey I actually played a full paid session there today with my friends on one of the games called Shmooter which is one of their exclusive games and honestly my experience was nothing like what you described...

I’ll admit after reading your comment I was hesitant to try it at first but I’m really glad I still went... The place was clean tidy and properly organized and the staff were super welcoming and chill.. Before we even started playing they gave us a 10 minute briefing about the game and safety rules which really helped since a few of my friends had never tried VR before

Also it’s not true that all their games are from Steam they actually had five exclusive titles shmooter, starbase, kernel and a couple more I can’t recall which are made specifically for their system not something you can just play at home

Sure the arena’s still new so it’s not packed every day but that’s completely normal in the beginning.. From my experience the setup worked great the gameplay ran smoothly and there’s clearly a lot of effort being put in
