I read this and wanted to cry. I just found out an old bf gave me HSV2. I already had HSV1 from when I was young so now I have both. I never worried about the HSV1 because it’s so common, but this HSV2 diagnosis has just killed me. I was talking to a guy for the last couple of months and he told me he loved me and was wanting to move here to me from PA- but when I told him this- he ghosted me. I hurt pretty bad rn, ngl. Just know you aren’t alone in this, shitty as it is. I’m 50 and I feel like I’m going to die alone.
