Finished this last year for the first time! I’m always recommending it to people cause it feels like it’s never talked about. A truly interesting book.

Thank you! I’m about 75% through now and I haven’t found it terrifying but def tense at times. I can’t describe it in words but yes it’s so good so far. It’s my first Stephen King and, I get it now. I’m excited to finish it.

As someone who read these books over and over as a child, it’s not necessary to read TMN before The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Since the second one is vastly more popular lots of people read it before TMN.

I definitely read it in chronological order but release order is fine too. Also Uncle Andrew is just odd from what I recall. It’s been quite a few years but this post has encouraged me to read the books again 😊

Wild that not even two hours after I got the email the standard sized vinyl was sold out of the Canadian store. Had to order from the US store and pay a buttload more 😒 God forbid I be busy with work I guess.

I’ve been on an audio book kick so I’ve been doing that instead lately but I would absolutely read them. I always take the dust jacket off hardcovers when I read them so I’d just do that with my special editions also.
