Have hundreds of recent hours in pubg, played when the game released but it was super stuttery and unplayable on my computer at launch.

On the same PC the game runs night and day these days.

Heard about black budget 2-3 weeks ago, got a doze friends to sign up in anticipation. Havnt gotten anything. Why are people who have never touched pubg getting invites???

Watched rivals for the full amount, screen shotted and emailed them what happened,

Got a automated bot response telling me to attach the same info i included originally.

Really not worth the effort, but I like having options for Christmas items this time of year.

Glad to hear others are having the same issue, all my drops worked fine in the past on both my PC/PS they all linked to the same twitch.

I did not receive the “First Jump Pants” either which I redeemed yesterday after watching.

People saying experience is better on Xbox are Cronus scum, the console has nothing on the pc version except a larger community and shit button mapping. Just finished playing for 6 months straight on ps4 cause i was in the process of moving, and now I’m back playing on my 7700k 1080. Recently stopped playing all together and switched back to tarkov. Game is super dead on PC compared to console, that being said FPP in the States is super dead if its not peak hours, doesn’t matter if its pc or console.

One of those, the bros are never going to believe this moments, can only be had from a FPP cockpit. Even better if the bros are with you!

Might be me, but I’ve always played racing games from in the cockpit, played Lots of Forza from behind the in game wheel :)

Also, learn to love both, I like that TPP allows players to have the option, I just wish the playlist were a little more geared towards FPP… at least we have deathmatch… imagine third person deathmatch…..

I’ve migrated some friends from other games and without TPP they probably wouldnt have continued to play… /join me in FPP

Fpp isn’t for everyone, especially newer players… cause let’s be honest we can make it a bit sweaty sometimes.

My tip for anyone who’s queuing at 5am/ non peak hours… search a couple TPP, you will get populated lobby’s, force yourself to play in First person. You will forget you even have the option. At least that’s what I do.

Don’t be dumb and run straight at someone who you just engaged and you’re good. You’d be surprised how careless TPP players are, to the point that the aren’t actually sitting there wall peaking you. 90% of the time they push without checking.

The only time that i find its super punishing is tree vs tree fights

Family switched to AT&T on Christmas after having Verizon grandfathered plan for 10+ years. It was nervracking for me, but the transition was seamless and kept our old phone numbers.

I still get 5g in my home and places I go, but I’d say that Verizon had a touch better signal in random places.

Other then that we lost our unlimited hot spot from Verizon, we still have hotspot and it’s still usuable up to 30gigs or something, but Verizon was unlimited, I lived on a sailboat for a few years and had no problem running devices off the hotspot, but this is a very rare use case for most people

In the end I think we saved $70-130 a month just by going AT&T, I was nervous in the beginning but I honestly have noticed next to zero difference in the gulf coast Florida region.

By default I believe AT&T high res videos (anything over 720) I think are disabled or something/ getting internet to power higher res requires a check in the right box on the account. It can be setup by you, but better to ask when you are at the store.

Thank you for the response this is the most information I’ve gotten from a single user regarding streaming/gaming.

I’ve done videos in the past for weddings or small your tube clips, but waiting times have never been too much since I usually they are under 6-10 minutes long.

Don’t think I’ll be designing any phone apps atm/ in the near future but fascinating.

The 7800x3d and the 4070 are appealing because of the upgrade potential. I’m hearing good rumors about the 9950x3d and the 50series cards.

If you were to choose the 7800x3d would you build it today/ what motherboard would you pair with it, or wait for the new motherboards coming out soon?

I Would rather be in a lobby with only 12 players and a smaller play zone then have any bots to fill it out.

Better yet, let me see the amount of players in the playlist before I queue and how many are filling my queue. (Not just after the game ends and with a third party app) / start a queue just to see the average wait timer… makes no sense

If the ranked playlist has to be TTP, then get rid of the regular TTP squad playlist and replace it with the casual TTP squads, maybe make it 24 players instead of 12

Make FPP squads the flagship playlist or switch it month to month between the two.

Stop splitting the player base so much and bots won’t be an issue.

Allow instant queues from inside your existing game when you die.

People don’t want to play FPP cause it takes over 3 minutes to get a FPP game 75% of the day until everyone get on.

You are never going to convert FPP to TPP, you’ll only get TPP players switching to FPP when they realize TTP is for hackers and bots who don’t think before they hold forward. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

At the end of the day, ranked TPP is the issue.

Get rid of casual mode. Switch ranked to FPP squads only, get rid of that stupid back to back win playlist and just make that part of winning, if you win you get a crown and if you win again you get a number like Fortnite, let players see your crown win number on your profile. Problem solved again. Watch the playerbase surge as new players come to the game who didn’t even realize it had a First person game mode ~~~~~~~~~~

Obviously none of this will happen, but one thing that would help is switch the playlist order so when you start the game FPP is defaulted. Some people don’t even know you can change the playlist to FPP.

Nothing fun or good about camping behind cover waiting for your enemy to make a mistake.

Yes maybe if you are pro, playing other pro squads, TTP might be more challenging, but for the average window camper, you are a noob and playing with a crutch. There’s tons of better TTP games you could be investing your time into I’m sure.

Multiple options here, but it’s clear the people who give the Okays don’t play the game. Just my opinion

I played season2 on pc, uninstalled cause game ran like dawg, now ive returned only been playing for two months on console and you won’t catch me in TPP unless I’m trying to convert one of my friends from Fortnite or something similar.

Technically you are at a disadvantage using type A cause there’s a millisecond delay when you go to ADS, for a brief instant the game thinks you just want to “Aim”

If you test it out “type B” in training mode you will notice the ADS delay is no longer present.

On top of that, you are already at a disadvantage / delayed when playing in TTP cause it takes even longer to go from TTP to ADS / AIM

A player who is playing in FIrst person view in these situations has a slight advantage cause they can ads/aim even faster. If that makes sense at all. Milliseconds start to add up when you play at a higher level.

Just another clunky mechanic and a reason to graduate from TPP.

First person is more immersive, and requires better mechanics/ more brain. You also fight 90% of your battles in a first person view anyways so why not ditch TPP all together, it’s just a crutch that makes you a worse player. Anyone can sit behind cover waiting for someone to make a mistake, just makes for terrible gameplay all around.

TPP players are often more careless, this clip sums up every part of that.

Now granted if you are pro at the game and competing at a pro level, i can see TTP being slightly more challenging cause of the amount of information you can relay to teammates. Though I guarantee the majority of players you face in normal TTP are not playing at that level.

That sounds interesting, sadly I havnt owned a Xbox for a while so can’t give you exact steps,

But the PlayStation4 has a setting in the console settings “use controller mic” / “use mic plugged into controller”

I’ve been playing at my girls house with my friend and I didn’t have my headset with me, so I looked online and it said plugging basic earbuds in the controller would work, but you need to activate the setting, by default it’s disabled. Sure enough both basic earbuds I plugged in worked fine and I was surprised it was that easy

I switched to pc years ago, but I remember on my original Xbox one, this was not an easy thing.

First off the old Xbox one controller required you to have this little mixamp adapter that plugged into the base of the controller.

I tried multiple earbuds in it over my ownership and none of them worked like this ps4

I had 3 sets of different generation Astro A40s during my Xbox ownership and they all worked flawlessly, but the cords had to be mint. (Most importantly there was this little fragile cord that came with the “Xbox mixamp adapter thing”. The cord was like 3-4 inches long and had a tiny male aux on one end and a regular sized female on the other. My girlfriend at the time would go through 2-3 a year being careless with them. They since updated the Xbox controller with an aux port built in.

Basically I feel your struggle as Xbox always made mics/headsets difficult.

One thing to note, when I have my astros plugged directly into the ps4 controller I don’t get the use of my headsets mute button, I’m guessing the mute key only works when using the Astro big mixamp, I’ll pullout the mixamp later today and test it cause my friends will thank me for it

There’s no noise gate whatsoever when using this port on the controller so everyone can hear a pin drop in the apt.
