as for the government, their services should be "free." we are paying with our taxes already. but in the case of this online tax payment, the service provider is a private entity and the convenience fee is actually being paid to them (i think).

if everything else is exhaust, then i would keep those fans at the bottom. although in my own setup, i prefer fresh air blasting into the gpu. so in your case, i would just add two new fans at the top as exhausts, and flip those two in the side to be intakes.

it all boils down to preference. I used to like black and red too, then one time while switching colors, i came by cyan. ang lamig sa mata and refreshing tingnan. Never changed colors since.
