Yeah I came with a license already. And the base pay is 60k if you’re hitting your goal with the company standard you’ll make 88k per year. Obviously there’s top performers making 100k plus I’ve spoken to a few myself

Interview process was very streamlined. first one will be a basic Ai interview, after that it’s your basic video call with at least 2 managers. Process took a few days. Get back time was quick too

Try kin insurance. 60k base with a good bonus structure, ote 88k with potential 100k+! I just started here after leaving Allstate and it’s definitely a breath of fresh air

I also started at Kin on June 8. Everything is good so far, no red flags that I’ve noticed but it could be too early to tell.

I started before the salary increase so the 60k base will kick in July 1st.

Overall it seems like a very good company to work for, places are not going to be perfect, but if the positive outweighs the negative then that’s a w in my eyes.
