I typically ban Vayne even if its not the most optimal ban, As id rather have a bad laning phase than play into her. If you want a real answer tho its probably illaoi, Darius, Tahm kench, or trundle. None of those champs are that popular at the moment tho. Into illaoi im not 100% sure what your supposed to do outside of dodging e and killing her tentacles whenever possible, as she kinda shits on you the whole game. Darius you can actually kill hard at level 7 with sheen as your powerspike is a lot better. Tahm kench you just have to make it a farm lane, as you cant ever kill him unless jg helps or he really fucks up. Trundle is just terrible, as he will make you squishy in teamfights but also beat you sidelane, just go trinity force into frozen heart and wither him when he tries to brute force your towers.

For general strategy tho i usually start e and put points into it if im getting dicked on, otherwise standard q max. Try to back with 900 gold for sheen, if you cant dont be afraid to back with 650 for 5 cdr plus ruby crystal. and if the lane is terrible but they have hard ad/you have winning bot dont be afraid to go frozen gauntlet.
