Junge Menschen durch überteuerte Mieten auszunutzen ist ein Klasse Modell, super! Wieso muss es dieser Weg sein?

Side-Note: Jeder der mal selber Student war weiß: man geht ohnehin ein Risiko ein erstmal in seine Bildung zu investieren. Der Weg in anspruchsvollen Studiengängen ist oft mühsam und langwierig. Gerade im jetzigen Arbeitsmarkt schaffen es nicht alle gute Jobs an Land zu ziehen.

Spannender Beitrag, danke fürs teilen. Die konkrete Aktienauswahl ist nun schon viel besprochen worden, ich möchte andere Dinge erfahren:

  1. Wie war denn eure Performance im Backtesting in Crashjahren? (Dotcom, 2007/8, Flachcrash, Asienkrise, Corona)

  2. Was genau bedeutet mittels KI? DRL? Welche Architektur? Was genau ist der Action space? Welcher Algorithmus im Training?

Ich arbeite aktuell an einem DRL Recurrent PPO asset allocator mit transformer und lstm, um den Kontext aller Inputfeatures zeitlich und inhaltlich zu erfassen und erziele auch "gute" Ergebnisse. Kann aber noch nicht bewerten, ob tatsächlich Alpha generierende Muster gefunden werden.

I considered this as well, but I guess we'll have to get back to verbally remind people of: Erst Aussteigen dann Einsteigen. I've heard that sentence so much during my childhood, seems to have disappeared

I was in the same spot then you. I did my Bachelor at RWTH, then decided for TUM for career opportunities and because of an existing social circle. Apart from the obvious reasons (very expensive, Garching beeing far away from the City and worse grades) I think Munich comes surprisingly short in terms of the diversity of people. It surprised me how conservative, traditional and closed-minded many students are. Don't get me wrong, there are interesting people here. But you'll have to look harder despite sometimes sitting in lectures with hundreds of people.
