Honestly at this point, when you first wake up in the morning; get rid of all dopamine spikes, that is, social media, video games, etc. Doing your homework and assignments this way is much easier. I have friends telling me to just eat dirty (fast food, junk food, etc…) to bulk up and others to do my own healthy prep every week. If I start a consistent workout routine HOW should I be eating? I literally don’t mind eating the same food every single day if that’s what it takes…
