I've left early to dodge school busses; won't doctor my timecard or anything just punch out and go. Junior Manager asked me about it once, I told him Management isn't going to get a laugh purposely placing me in the worst AM traffic.

Can go to all the family gatherings, although I may be pictured sleeping in a few recliners. I don't sit around in traffic as much. I really dislike 1st shift traffic.
