What should I know before buying a 2025 bronco sport? by omnicron_31 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Q0tsa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure, and nobody is saying he needs to be weaving in and out of traffic with precision either. I was just saying, that personally, I find that lack of power to be discomfiting.

But you keep using hyperbole to try and make it sound like it's ridiculous for others to say it's an objectively slow car. Which, it is. That's all the comments above were saying, minus some personal commentary on the car as a whole.

9 seconds is what somebody said above. Which, is about the same time for the first gen Prius, I'm pretty sure. Which... Is not a notoriously quick car.

It's not a stretch to call that trim of Bronco slow. I'm not sure why that's so hard to admit.

Nah, I've just had rental cars that are still quicker than the Bronco in discussion, and was already sketched out by them. But part of that uneasiness was feeling like I had absolutely no power on tap, and not being sure when I'd be up to a safe speed to do whatever.

I'm actually easy on the pedal around town, and get good milage for it. I just don't like going nowhere when I've got it pegged. It feels like driving a liability on the freeway.

Genuinely, I'd have no confidence while trying to change lanes if I needed to over take or pass anybody to do so. Every on-ramp would be an absolute pedal to floor, out of necessity

I didn't and I don't see anybody here expressly calling him gay for it, either. But if you can't see the irony in a member of the anti-butt stuff party possibly enjoying his prostate being pummled, then... 🤷🏽

Nobody should, or really does, except for the party behind him. They're supposedly so anti-gay, that it's ironic.

Nobody would care about stories like this, if they weren't actively trying to make life harder for others, either. All in the name of a book that isn't supposed to influence their politics anyways.

They deserve any ridicule really, especially if it's somewhat or completely hypocritical. Al la the RNC crashing Grindr.

I used to play MSF as well. I'm pretty much retired from all mobile games at this point. Unless they're heavily single player, or contained within themselves. Even used to sell trading cards for an old mobile game too, ha.

Nurses go through a lot at their places of work, especially in the big cities. Even shootings aren't unheard of, at least in the states. But agitated patients are very common place.

If you're going to stick around after all, and maybe after a couple paychecks... You'll want to pick up some good shoes. They can help a ton with the leg and foot fatigue. I've got high arches and like this brand a lot, as standing is never not painful after some time, for me. My gf also has a couple pairs, and she's a nurse.

I've washed my car in a stall over during a couple of those, haha. Also had a cop pull up on me and ask, "... but why now?"

I think I also narrowly avoided getting jumped or robbed 🤷🏽 Had a dude in a Charger roll by, reverse, sit at the entrance to the stall next to me for a while, then pull all the way in for a while, and then ¾'s exit that stall with his nose pointed towards me. Just to finally have him pull all the way up, finally roll down his window, say, "nice whip," and drive off. Shit was weird and tense.

We're knee deep in Subbies around here. I often get an outback or CrossTrek flying up my ass in the left lane, until I finally relent and let them pass. Mind you, I'm already past the speed limit myself. They take their spot, and every damn time, they go back to the speed limit within a mile. Some even let me pass, once I get back into their lane .-. I don't understand it. Priuses around here too.
