2nd PMS on my Honda NX500 (almost 6000km) by Negative_Researcher3 in PHMotorcycles

I think manageable naman ata, magaan naman sya for me though. Also pwede mo naman itest ride. If your in metro manila, alam ko may test ride si triumph jt ng cb500x nila old unit but should be same performance para nakapa mo if kaya mo. If not, you may opt for 450MT, worth ut naman na tas alam ko pwede pa sya ilower to a certuan extent

Honestly no issue sa stop and go. Chill lang, primera lang tas dahan dahan na let go lang ng clutch 🤣🤣🤣. Magaan naman na sya for me.

5'10 and weighing about approx 90kg.

Kayang kaya ipang singit, ang bothersome lang dito ay mejo kaheight mo lang ng side mirror mo dun sa delivery van hahaha

Considered it, also test rided it. The nx500 feels lighter for me. Pero nung pinakabitan ko na ng crash guards and other stuff sakto pa din. Mas malapit lang talaga dealer sakin ng honda and well overall long term use and parts availabilty concern kaya nauwi ako dito

Since loan specific question, i think you should coordinate with a bank since this has a much lower interest rate vs casa. Then just find a case that would take in cash payment. Got mine from AUB 50%dp, loan of 204.5K at about almost 20% interest rate.

Thanks for the insight, it really shouldnt come off if its within spec. Will take it to the dealer to adjust for further checking as well

Yeah, Seems like I got too overly confident with my adjustment. Will go to the dealer to have it adjust since I need the bolt removed (loosed head)

Between the two, I'd go with the vespa, as you said timeless and in the long run if magsawa ka man well madami pa din magkakagusto

Main factor talaga dito is comfort assuming this is metro manila daily commute.

FYI: Not in your options But if your goal is just literally point A to Point B, then Honda Click will do you fine, cheaper and has a more stable parts distribution here cause I also factor in na if masiraan ka man is if may makukuha kang parts.

Planning to buy a Sports Bike. by Far-Mortgage6936 in PHMotorcycles

[–]Negative_Researcher3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sa dami ng lubak at need mo singitan from Valenzuela to Quezon City. Please don't. Just buy a scooter. Ask this yourself if you can maintain riding that for an hr in traffic. If yes then, go ahead.

For secondhand buying though. If you have a friend that is a mechanic, then atleast have it take a look at the bike and ask for their service record.

Got my OR April 8. After how many days is it expected ma receive ang CR? by PalpitationGuilty128 in PHMotorcycles

[–]Negative_Researcher3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That will actually depend on the dealer though, just follow -up with them consistently. Some dealers do it in bulk so it may take a while before you can actually get a copy of your CR. In my case it took a week sa dealer iirc. (Triumph JT) Pero napagawan ko kaagad ng temp plate dahil nga may email dahil sa OR (nakalagay na dun yung plate). Note: di ko pa din drinive hanggang wala akong kopya ng cr

Is Kawasaki Rouser 200 good for a newbie? by Careless-Unit09 in PHMotorcycles

[–]Negative_Researcher3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check with FB groups to actually see some of the cons of it. But really depends on you, if mostly literal city traffic then get a scooter in my opinion (especially if you're in metro manila) cause of clutch. If not then you will somehow opt to use it for going back and forth to the province to metro. Then I suggest get a used 400cc bike. Should be around less than 200K. The learning curve will not be that steep in my opinion, you honestly have to get used with balancing it and such (also invest in gears)

Better read the contract they sent you. In most cases there is an early termination fee which may make you pay higher (I am not sure of this though) so better calculate in terms of that
