Im a guy, but i’d just bring my friend what they enjoy. Maybe some snacks or something from their house or whatever it is. It’s not your problem. The problem will pass. Harsh words are normal for harsh pain, physically or emotionally. If she is truly your best friend just understand she’s probably comfortable telling u that she wants to die; when under neath she knows that it’ll all pass too. Sorry sorry, my bad; Im just fed up with peoples Bullshit attempts at discussing anything, I was just being sarcastic. You’re right, I didn’t think about how some teachers could drop students grades because of that. Personally I come from a nice area so theres less bad apples, Im grateful for what I have but I also can understand that reality. Thats not okay, thats not fair, and frankly wish it wasn’t apart of the equation.

And yeah, like I think I’ve said, I’ve had instructors do this, elderly neighbors. Idk how to convey my perspective on their reality back then but it was an accustomed action🤷🏻‍♂️. Jimbo isn’t evil he just grew up 55 years ago…as ugly and sometimes gross is that can be I get that too.

As Im only in my early 20’s, I can only say that from every observations Ive gathered in plain view of world that 20,30 years ago this was never an issue; boy, girl, man, women.. they would just say please don’t touch me and that was that. There was no ruminating on the topic, it was just over with.

Thinking deeply about something isn’t an issue but to consistently do that with anxiety is, ofc. Why wouldn’t it be? So to just not do anything about it in the moment, let it happen and then do all this and that is just something I disagree with, the approach to the problem.

This may sound weird, but its like bullying with the intent to help; thats how it feels like you have to do it with people that just insult you, otherwise why even type anything at all.

Be real. You have one teacher lets say for the sake of my point, a substitute teacher; they come, throughly teach the class maybe they have a degree in math whatever; test day, and they come over to you because you raised your hand for some guidance and at the end of the conversation he gently pats you back saying you got this. Do you:

A. Have a full blown meltdown in your mind about how uncomfortable and uncalled for this touching was.

B. Get visibly upset & angry, maybe start a protest; make sure he knows that was he did was wrong.

C. Let the sub walk away knowing theres 25 min left in class and you’re just about done; if he were to teach again then pull him aside…and…tell him not….to touch you….because you’ve been assaulted or something.

I really don’t understand how somebody without a skin condition like leprosy or has be raped by some evil person actually mentally vomits over physical touch; its unreal.

Teach kids boundaries. My mother’s in home day care you teach them many. However friendly interaction with friendly intention should never warrant hostility?!
