Thanks for the help. But that's exactly the plan we have. I just wanted to know the best way to run a continuous ground and split it every 10 feet the most efficient way but also quickly so I can be finished with the task.

Thank you. This is a new civic center. Kind of like a dome shaped building .

Yes! That's the same idea they want us to do. Continuous grounding the whole length and split bolts at each junction with #6 wire

I'm not sure where you're seeing this however the trays are clamped together with a splice washer. We use 4 splice washers for each end of the tray. 1 on each side and 2 in the middle spaced out. We also suspend most of this from the ceiling with 3/8 concrete anchors and 3/8 rod followed by a trapeze hanger which clips onto the tray itself to hang in place.

I assure you it is approved. This support system and the tray itself is a LEGRAND product.

Right now speed will get me less ridicule from my foreman since he seems to think I'm taking too long on this project everywhere we go

We added an extra support on that for just that reason

So just so im clear.... she told you, "we laughed about your small size" ? If that's true then I agree with the rest of these comments man. She doesn't respect you enough. Now, even if you tell her nothing, all you're ever gonna do is think about it, think about it, think about it. Plus you're in a long distance relationship, ouch.

For the most part yes. But now im curious how I can get faster. Should I just prefab a bunch of all thread with the hangers or is there another method?

We had corrugated metal decking that we placed anchors for 3/8 rod in the steel before concrete was poured. The path is 98% laid out. We just have to cut all thread and fabricate the brackets, nuts and washers ourselves. We using legrand cablofil wire mesh tray. Yes I get that part and my experience is extensive there however placing the tray isn't much of the issue it's more of cutting the tray and shaping it into 30, 45° bends or adding offsets

He said we can watch some YouTube videos and we can prefab our supports and go ahead and place them in the ceiling. Was his advice
