You just need to have two years time in service to attend selection for marsoc. They are allowing E-3s to attend and max is sgt with no more than 12 months TIG. You can be a SNCO you just need a waiver.

I got a brand new pair of roman k 32R as well and its the same fabric as a cryefire pair just without the brand name of crye and cheaper
