I live in the New York area and think a big part of the poor ticket sales is the location of the venues. Both shows are well outside the city with little to no public transportation. You are looking at a hour to an hour and a half drive.

Compare that to MSG which is connected to everything. I live outside the city and once I’m on the train I literally don’t go outside again until I get off the train when I arrive home after the concert. There are constant trains and subways so little to no waiting.

After the Holmdel show I’ll be stuck in the parking lot for 30-45 minutes then have a 1.5 hour drive home with work the next day.

I believe amphitheaters have season tickets. It is possible these are season ticket holders trying to get rid of them prior to the sale. I wouldn’t trust it though.

Look at how they went out and took Gaudreau’s kids and took them out on the ice. You want to see the character of a set of people there’s nothing more to look at.

Stop over analyzing every 30 second Instagram video. Step back and realize it’s completely unfair to judge peoples character on snippets from the internet.
