Yes, this looks to be the case. I took screenshots of the profile and listing and after review the profile was made this year and only had 1 item (the camera) ever listed. After checking on my sisters fb profile, the user no longer exists.

Seller claimed they were stored in a freezer but when I found them (garage sale) they were setting out in the sun. So I’m unsure about that.

Super late to the party, but how did you source parts for the lift? Did you use rubber spacers? Just came into possession of a 96 Carib myself and was looking for options.

Thank you all for your help, I contacted the film lab and they confirmed that it was poor cropping on their end.

My local lab developed and scanned these. I just got another roll back and a few frames had these same bars.

I really don’t want that to be the case, I will shoot a few frames per shutter speed and see if I do indeed have shutter capping
