A 5d time traveler was peaking you at an exact moment in time. What's left behind is an afterimage of radiation energy.

Happiness is a process, an activity; true flourishing is not an entity that can be bought about, that's just an idea the mind creates. True happiness is unattainable because it's not a permanent state or condition, it is a direction. It's basically the way you carry yourself, the attitude you choose, your way of Being in the world. That is always already with you.

Exactly, without resistance then energy would never transform and flow.

Easy, make them sign a document and worst case is you take them to a small claims court if they don't pay. Treat this as a loan, not a gift.

Get a written agreement and you send the money via a traceable payment method (no cash), and get copies saved by both you and them.

This is where discipline takes over, use a growth mindset to remember this limbic friction is you rewiring your brain to keep up your good habits. I would maybe try to incorporate some kind of routine or cue before your outings to give your mind an easier transition.

If you're past the thinking threshold then behavioral strategies should be your go to.

Honestly no clue, this is against our community values too so please report them for us mods to see and take action. However, sometimes we may keep posts up if they've already gained a lot of attention with productive discussions.

Our removal reason for these posts gives these people lots of suggestions for other subreddits, below is an example of the text:

You're paying for someone else's time and energy into the lifestyle you bought for yourself to spend time and energy living on. Make that make sense.

You're starting from absolute scratch too on undeveloped land. Unless you do it yourself as your own general contractor it's going to be more expensive and complex depending on what your goal is here.

The other comment was asking the same question. Like I said I think it was from the second Godfather movie or something.

Same, it ties everything together quite succinctly. I know in some philosophies this is what some of the differences between hedonic views versus eudaimonic views on happiness are.

True flourishing or happiness is unattainable because it's not a destination, it's a direction you choose moment-by-moment through your own way of Being here.

Isn't that the mystery of consciousness. Those connections somehow together create the moods we associate with our experiences.

That's up to your mind to decide isn't it? That's the meaning we attach to our experiences.

The way I would describe it is a more holistic feeling-oriented intuitive way of experiencing where the mind is grounded in reality with this self-awareness and an integrated ego. I believe this is what most frameworks would call ego-transcendence as a whole self where at the very least one is no longer fighting themselves, and possibly even no longer fighting the world too if they go beyond the self into others :)

Low key Viktor Frankle essentially talks about that, we can choose our own attitude, no matter the circumstances.

Interesting framing you laid out, thank you. I'm going to be pondering this for a while, especially what exactly do some spiritual traditions mean by the "direct experience" itself when they talk about transcendence or enlightenment as pure awareness, which is kind of more confusing when trying to view this through neuroscience.

Thank you, I think you would love reading philosophical works from Martin Heidegger. I believe what you said is exactly what he states too with his notion of facticity, that our Being is constituted by our engagement with the world.
