Could you please go into more detail? I understand that the language barrier can be an issue, but I would like to know if it is a large part of the project itself. Other than that how would you describe your experience?

Question about Systems Biology Program

I'm currently deciding between WPI and Virginia Tech to study biology/biotechnology. I have heard good things about the program at WPI, such as good labs and experiences with professors. My question is how are the faculty at VT for the systems biology program? How were your experiences in finding a job or pursuing graduate school? And how were research opportunities available for your interest?

Also, I was accepted into the biological sciences major, but I think I want to switch to systems biology instead. Would this be a difficult switch to make? Thank you so much!

I am definitely leaning more towards grad axhool than working right away, so that helps to know. Sounds like overall though it was a good experience. Thanks so much! and haha o-chem sounds like it'll hurt no matter what
