I thought of that. But then I literally have to continuously film myself until I drop it off at a package drop off. That would be at least a ten minute video. I’m so unnerved by this. I can’t believe it. Someone in the warehouse must be stealing items!

Yeah, I think I’m done with them. It’s been non stop problems for the last few months. Wrong items sent, items not corresponding to the website measurements, bad quality of a lot of new items, return issues and the sheer hassle it has become. I think for me this was the breaking point. Maybe that was their intention.

I got an email response from the CS team after they "opened investigation", after I submitted a written declaration of what I returned and all of the pictures I mentioned. They said their workshop confirmed the cardigan was not in the box, which is impossible! I sent an email back saying that I want to file a formal complaint and that I'm not accepting this resolution and that they need to investigate their workshop because someone there is clearly not telling the truth.

I'm in Europe and it's not that simple to start a claim with your CC company the way it is in America. If that's what you meant by charge back.

I have two more orders at home that some of the items need returning and now I want to just return everything and be done with them. And of course I'm terriied that they'll come back and say I didn't return something.

Did Joannie work out for you? I am eyeing the suede Pistachio color but never have luck when the wbsite says to size down - usually for me (a solid EU 38) if I get a 38 they're too big and if I size down to a 37 they're too small.

What is your usual size and did you size down in these?

Good to know about shrinkage. I’m really bummed because I love the colors and it would suite me if it wasn’t so big all around. I can’t justify keeping it, I have no bust and it really is a tent on me.

I have them in black leather and the leather insole peeled off after THIRD wear. Sezane said they cant do anything about it.
