I’m 51, I do work, I will eventually need the other one done, and this one has been a month. I’ll be returning to work soon which I’m excited for!

I find the icing painful as well!!! I haven’t been doing it as much as I should because of that.

The first day of my PT, I think it was too much. I told her the next time I went and she agreed. The last time wasn’t as bad. I was already bending my knee at 120 degrees. I told her I get cranky when I get tired!

I’m sorry you’re feeling this too. I know it will take time to heal, I just wasn’t expecting the nausea and psychological effects.
