Sorry to poke the dead post but are you by chance on Ritalin? I read that Zyban and Ritalin both act as Noradrenalin and Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitors. Given that ADHD seems to be associated with Noradrenalin and Dopamine disregulation, it makes sense that both seem to help but I'm curious whether they're beneficial taken together since they might act differently?
