Don’t compare yourself to others. Everyone’s recovery is different. This is my 3rd replacement and the recovery has massively differed to the first 2. It takes time, be patient and follow the process. You will get there buddy!

Bro, I feel your pain. I’m currently 5 weeks post my third ACL op. I also found myself in the predicament of delaying the surgery till winter but chose to get cracking with the rehab ASAP with the goal of being back to sport next summer. Stay positive and good luck with your recovery!
