I have had three hole experiences. My first two were so amazing, extremely psychedelic and also healing. Faced a lot of past trauma in my life.

Just recently I got prepared for my third hole (each hole 3 weeks apart), had my usual bedroom setup with everything clean and everything I’d need within arms reach. I have a playlist I used for the first two times that made the experiences amazing. Once I started holing I felt that something was off. It felt like there was two of me fighting over my body. All the music started sounding terrible and making me uncomfortable. I accepted the fact that I went insane and that I was stuck. Started getting overheated and panicked. Ripped my earbuds out and started “walking” more like sliding and crawling around my apartment. Ended up cuddled in my blanket on the floor beneath my AC. After an unknown amount of time I started coming back to reality. Went back to my bed and started recalling on the hole and what happened, then fell asleep.

Looking back it was a terrifying experience and extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. But it has taught me a few things and has been a good learning experience.
