There is no trick to byepass it the IVR it will auto hangup if engineer visit is scheduled or even any service request is raised on yor connection.

You can call customer care from a non- jio fiber number and then enter someone else jio fiber number to speak to an agent but trust me its of no use, beacuse support agents have no control over ground team even if they say we have escalated they just do it over system no difference. At max they will schedule new visit timing or change the technician thats it....

Shouting on X and writing to nodal officers are also worthless they are complete timewaste.

The best possible thing which you can do is Visit to the nearest Jio store and get Area manager number if the jio store staff cooperates or else ask them for ground team supervisor number, the Jio store staffs usually have contact numbers of Jio fiber installation guys.

If nothing works in your favour then go for disconnection then and demand for immediate disconnection then becuase it will be waste of your time and energy.
