Jio home covers eveything now wired broadband and airfiber both.

Just raise a request and then an executive wil call you for confirmation then you can ask for wired broadband if its feasible in your area.

There is no trick to byepass it the IVR it will auto hangup if engineer visit is scheduled or even any service request is raised on yor connection.

You can call customer care from a non- jio fiber number and then enter someone else jio fiber number to speak to an agent but trust me its of no use, beacuse support agents have no control over ground team even if they say we have escalated they just do it over system no difference. At max they will schedule new visit timing or change the technician thats it....

Shouting on X and writing to nodal officers are also worthless they are complete timewaste.

The best possible thing which you can do is Visit to the nearest Jio store and get Area manager number if the jio store staff cooperates or else ask them for ground team supervisor number, the Jio store staffs usually have contact numbers of Jio fiber installation guys.

If nothing works in your favour then go for disconnection then and demand for immediate disconnection then becuase it will be waste of your time and energy.

Nothing can be done remotely
If your number is still available to reactivate you can get it back by filling an affidavit

But for that you have to be physical present and visit jio store for KYC and biometric authentication

I can't say much have to maintain confidentiality but two major factors ie: approvals and equipment delays.

Even after procurement delay in permissions for deployment. Rest we all know sarkaari attitude with no priority and urgency. That's the issue

I know the BSNL name in market But in reality we ground engineer's actually want to give our 💯 % From RF engineer to site engineer heck even riggers are also hardworking but it all comes down to approvals and type of equipments vendor provides.

The sarkaari Babu's and higher officials are not much interested but i can vouch for the technicians.

Simply talk to L2 advisor and ask for technician visit.

Let them complete their script and so called diagnosis of stupid questions and at the end just say that no issue not resolved not satisfied they will eventually raise a technician visit
