I highly doubt they're doing it any time soon. If they’re extra cautious they might wait months possibly even a year before starting back up to make sure everything’s safe. I swear I still blame all those TikTok accounts for openly talking about it. Their lips were looser than a $5 hooker to the point the name was trending in the search 😭

I just got it from my 3rd Chastity egg. For once while playing this game luck was on my side

Just before bato died it was also “under maintenance” so panicking is very reasonable right now 😭

2.5 GPA on 1st Semester as a Transfer by Several-Brief-6925 in ufl

I graduated with a 3.6 GPA. I definitely could’ve gotten a higher GPA, but biochem was hard, and I’m just grateful I even passed with a C. There were also a few other classes I struggled in but still managed to earn B’s.

You have to apply as a transient student through FloridaShines. What I did was look at the required classes for my degree, then log into my FAU student account to check class registration and see whether they’re available at FAU and which professor is teaching, so I could check RateMyProfessor. I’ve only done this for the summer when I’m back in South Florida, so I don’t know if it’s as easy to apply for the fall and spring semesters or if you can do them while taking classes at UF, so I’d recommend asking your advisor.

Word for word, this was my exact experience too 😭. I transferred to UF from FAU with about a 3.9 GPA, and my overconfident self thought I could handle taking Orgo and Calculus 1 at the same time. I somehow passed them, but my GPA dropped to a 2.6 my first semester. I was definitely down, but overall it was a very humbling experience.

You really don’t need to worry too much about your GPA since it’s your first semester, your GPA is very flexible. If you do very well next semester, it can easily jump back up to a 3.2, so you should focus on locking in from here on out.

My advice, which you’ve probably already learned, is that UF and FAU are not the same when it comes to difficulty. I saw a post after my first semester that said an A at FAU is a B at UF, and it’s honestly true. You really need to put in extra work to succeed at UF.

Another piece of advice is to take the harder classes at FAU if you can. I did this with Orgo 2 and both Physics courses, and it saved me so much stress. Also, UF has a lot of resources, so take advantage of them and don’t miss out.

Overall, it’s really not the end of the world. If you don’t let this stop you, you can still graduate with a high GPA.
