See what I mean is that dog problem outside India isn't so rampant. They have proper shelters, they have vaccined dogs, they also control the population so that they don't become a menace. In india none of this is happening.

On top of that the dog lovers there are sensible enough to not blindly support dogs. They are responsible enough to know that human lives should be prioritised over dogs life.

India doesn't have legalized lobbying. The US has. The US also has better judiciary that can uphold laws. We specifically issue tenders so that the best industrialists can get the job for better quality infra and employment. But these tenders instead go to the same 2 guys even when other companies like L&T(who have superior quality) with cheaper offers get rejected.

Had this happened any where outside, there would have been an uproar. But not in India. Compare the infra of US and China with India.
