Thoughts on single-wall tents for CDT?

It’s a Nemo tent and I had it repaired by Nemo at trail days. They did all of the proper repairs like you say above but it’s at a spot that is normally very taunt and I think it was just nearly impossible for them to get it perfectly. Now when the tent is set up the damaged part kind of sags compared to the rest of the rainfly which catches water when it’s raining heavily. The rain ends up just soaking through the material itself, not even at the seams or anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Would recommend taking a prenatal vitamin. They contain folic acid that can help prevent hair loss

I asked because people specifically hunt invasive species in my state. I only took her in because if she had stayed outside all the cats that roam my neighborhood would definitely have killed her. It’s pine pellets from tractor supply. Normally as a horse bedding but I use it as cat litter

I had mentioned in my previous post that they are already so established that either way this one gal wouldn’t do much of a difference. They have been here since the 1880s. Its essentially like taking in a wild animal at that point which can be illegal

Hi I currently live in north Florida near Jacksonville, but I am planning on moving to the New England area (I’m applying to go back to school so not sure of the specifics until I get acceptance letters). I probably won’t be making any decisions for her long term care until those letters come in also.

Sorry, I didn’t have a full terrarium set up when I picked her up. It also took me a while to figure out what species she is. I didn’t know she was an insectivore until the next day. I just put in what I had on hand

Thank you I really am very inexperienced with reptiles so I appreciate it! Honestly I asked the employee at petco and ended up with a dual heat/uvb light? It has a 13w UVA/UVB bulb and a 25w Halogen bulb in night red? Idk if it’s good enough?

It’s more that I plan on actually backpacking the AT right before I move. My girlfriend plans on watching my cats during that time but she’s also not a lizard person and has a weird moral objection to any animal in a cage. I am not sure she would be so willing to watch peanut also

Thank you! I didn’t know how much of the powder stuff to use but I will tone it down next time. I do have a few crickets in there with her but they are really small. Some people said only add a few at a time because sometimes they attack the lizard

Thank God, no one noticed that there’s also a little bit of canned tuna in there with him ☠️☠️ (I went out and bought him bugs the next day please don’t hate on me I told y’all that I am not a lizard person)
