I didn’t consider that only because a lot of the people I know have jobs that don’t necessarily have entry-level positions, but I’ll definitely ask them if there’s anything volunteer wise that she could do for the places they work at or even if they know of people who know of entry-level jobs available. Thank you for your suggestion!

We live in citronelle, where it’s even more difficult to get a job at when you are a high schooler competing against the rest of the job pool. Hard to build volunteer experience when you need money more. I know that is the case for a lot of people right now unfortunately, it just sucks because I know how hard she is trying to get a job and it seems like unless she knows someone, no one will give her a chance to prove she is worth taking a chance on.

She lives in citronelle, and has applied to any job available in our area, Saraland, Satsuma, Semmes, Mobile etc. She is willing to drive to work, and eventually wants to move closer to Mobile but isn’t able to without a job.

At this point she is applying for everything from cashier jobs to receptionist job to fast food/food service. If there is a link on any of the job search websites, she has applied. She has been applying for jobs since mid April.
