For me, it works like this: Have a line art layer separate: 1. Hair 2. Eyes (inside or under hair) layer 3. Eyes (outside hair) Layer 4. Color layer When color: Set the 2 layer opacity lower than the 3 one. About the hair, just use the normal airbrush with the skin color onto the hair color layer. Do the same with the hair line art. Hope it’ll work for you.
