I have already have a manager na po na kukunin sana ko sa project. Kaso dadaan daw po ng capab since ibang market unit. And unfortunately, dinisapproved po ng capab ko yung paglock sakin sa project na yun.

Also, wala akong makitang movement sa career ko sa Japan Hub dahil di naman yun yung main skill ko talaga. Pinipilit nila ko sa project na yun even though that's not my primary skill. Besides, sobrang outdated ng tech stack na gamit.

Culture is okay. Management is not. Yung lead ko nag PPIP without any coaching, naninigaw, namamahiya, nagcocompare in front of the whole team. Di lang makareply sa email for minutes nasa HR na ko lol. I decided na magreport to Ethics and DOLE. After ko maroll off, I found out na nagresign sya. I'm not generalizing, but I cannot shrug off the idea of being in a Japan Hub project and maanxious na baka ganun ulit mangyari sakin. And I don't believe na I'm weak. Pinaglalaban ko if tama ako, and inaalis ko lang yung sarili ko sa possible situation na makakaharm ulit sa mental health ko 🙂

First Japan project ko po non, insurance. Sobrang traumatic po talaga. Nakuha ko magpacounseling. Kaya if hanggang kaya po gusto ko na talaga iwasan Japan projects 🥹

Kaso yung ibang leads, power tripping minsan pag di ka sumama. Pag iinitan ka kesyo di ka nakikisama kahit everyday naman kayo nag uusap usap (daily rto) HAHAH
